There are two methods to access your messages:
1. from your client software
(Outlook Express, Eudora, etc)
Add a POP3 account with the following details:
- incoming mail server: pop.sticktech.co.uk
- outgoing mail server: smtp.sticktech.co.uk
- your username and password
you should now be able to collect your messages using the send/receive option.
To send mail using the Sticktech server you must now turn on authentication.
To do this for Outlook or Outlook Express:
- Go to Tools > Accounts
- Find the e-mail account for your domain
- Click Properties and the Server tab
- Under Outgoing Mail Server ensure My server requires authentication is ticked
- Ensure Use same settings as incoming mail server is ticked
2. webmail
You can read your messages over our secure server at this address:
http://webmail.sticktech.co.uk
The help files on this page give more information about how to use the Webmail service.
anti-virus
All our e-mail accounts are checked for viruses before they reach you. If we detect viruses in messages you try to send, we will notify you as quickly as possible.

If you would like to add an alias, have your mail delivered to another account or have any other e-mail requirements please contact us.
quotas
A quota is imposed on email and domain accounts to prevent a single
user from
accidentally using up all available diskspace, however this limit is
flexible and if you have special need
for additional space please send a message to support@sticktech.co.uk
detailing
your requirements.
You can view your current usage through the email preferences
interface and there is additional information on quotas here.
