If we are providing you with website hosting, the following services are available:

uploading your pages (using ftp)

- The server is sticktech.co.uk
- Your username is your domain without any suffix
- The initial directory is www
- A file called index.html or index.php will be the default page

There are many free and comercial ftp clients available but if you don not have access to anything else you can do the following at a windows command prompt

- Run ftp [yourdomain eg sticktech.co.uk]
- Log in with your domain username and password
- Type cd www
- Type lcd [local path on your PC]
- Type put [filename] for each file to upload
- Type exit to close the connection

This can be done in the same way as user passwords here.

You can access detailed information about visitors to your site by visiting the domain area on the secure server. You will need to log in with your domain username and password to access this information.
